Since 1996, NPT Nawrocki has specialized in designing and constructing complete production lines and factories for pellets, granulated feeds and other biomaterials. We take a holistic approach to each project, providing support at every stage - from concept to implementation. Thanks to this, we can ensure not only high quality of workmanship, but also compliance with the latest safety and ecological standards, including ATEX standards for explosion protection.

Pelleting technology is not limited to the production of pellets from forest or agricultural biomass, but also includes innovative applications such as processing digestate from biogas plants into pellets with high calorific value. Pellets from digestate are characterized by excellent combustion properties and can be used as an ecological fuel or valuable fertilizer, which is beneficial both economically and ecologically.

Nawrocki's innovation is also visible in the design of machines such as granulators and pelletizers. We offer advanced control and regulation systems that increase production efficiency and minimize downtime, such as the ARGAS system for automatic roller regulation or QDES.60 for quick die changeover, which shortens machine changeover time.
