On the hopper, the miniPelleter 18 can be equipped with a tight connector between the conditioner or the screw feeder. In turn, the pellet outlet is high enough to allow you to fill the cooling screen.

High efficiency - up to 2 tons of pellets per shift
250-300 kg/h of sawdust pellets. Even more feed granulate. All thanks to the efficient granulation unit with industrial gear of the highest strength and durability.
We have nothing against Far Eastern products, quite the opposite, but in drives European companies are leading - Italian and German. We use a durable Bofiglioli gear, with a Service Factor above 1.7 - a value unattainable for other manufacturers.
You demand solid construction and durability? We have it!
MiniPeller pellet machines have galvanized elements inside the pelleting chamber, which triple the life of this pellet machine. The oldest pellet machines have been working since 2013. Because they are durable.
Additionally, for aggressive raw materials, e.g. oak sawdust or sewage sludge, we will make critical elements of the pelleting chamber from acid-resistant steel. Thanks to it, the miniPelleter 18 will not be subjected to the destructive effects of corrosive substances.
ECONOMY? It's low production costs
miniPelleter 18 means minimal operating costs and costs of consumables. We omit service costs, because with proper use of the pellet mill there will be no service problems. Proven.
The miniPelleter was designed and manufactured based on technical solutions taken from high-performance industrial granulators that have to work up to 8,000 hours a year. This design allows for long-term operation without the need for additional service and spare parts costs. This is economical work at its best.
