Industrial Pelleting Test – Recommended for More Complex Raw Materials

The test is carried out using a standard 6 mm die. After completion, you receive a detailed report covering process parameters and test results.

Special Dies and Rollers – When Are They Needed?

Some materials—especially RDF/SRF, abrasive biomass, or highly fibrous agro residues—may require:

custom-made dies with specific compression or geometry,
non-standard rollers,
upgraded wear-resistant components.

In such cases, the testing cost will include the price of custom consumables, quoted individually.
