Anti-Corrosion Packages - Quick cleaning of the pelleting chamber

Industry 4.0 guarantees higher production safety through the use of intelligent software that automatically controls the operation of the granulator and the granulation line. Unfortunately, IT solutions will be of little value if the machines are not equipped with technical and mechanical solutions that will support the software in the daily operation and use of the granulator and other machines.

Simple and effective solutions are the most effective
  • The inner surface of the pelleting chamber cover is made of flat elements. This makes cleaning very easy and quick. In a special version, the pelleting chamber cover is externally insulated.

  • Mechanical tight integration with the sterilizer enables the production of feed without external contamination.

  • Scrapers adjustable in 2 axes enable precise directing of the raw material flow under the rollers,

  • Two knives mounted on the cover of the pelleting chamber allow the length of the pellets to be adjusted from the outside, without having to open the cover; optional additional 2 knives (4 in total) guarantee the highest precision in the desired pellet length

  • The steam trap prevents steam from flowing back into the conditioner,

  • Fat dosing unit for the matrix (hot granule); 2 nozzles with dosing system and pump,

  • Molasses dosing unit for the conditioner,

Highest efficiency and quality for individual recipes

Granule hardness and quality and granulator efficiency are the three most important parameters related to the granulation process. Obtaining these highest and optimal values is possible thanks to the appropriate selection of matrix parameters for specific recipes.

Pelleting Chamber Heating Insulation (PCHI)

The jacket made of high-quality, highly resistant to mechanical damage heating mats reduces the loss of the appropriate temperature obtained in the conditioner.

Pelleting Chamber Electric Heating PCEH

For the most demanding feed producers, we recommend an optional electric heating system for the pelleting cover. Thanks to it, the feed is transported to the pelleting chamber without losing heat. Available only with PCHI.

Acid-resistant steel
  • Critical parts of the granulator, which come into contact with the raw material, are made of acid-resistant steel. Carbon steel quickly rusts in contact with the raw material, which results in rapid wear of the press components, which are simultaneously exposed to high temperatures and certain components, e.g. salt, acids. Acid-resistant steel, on the other hand, guarantees the highest degree of feed purity and long service life in contact with aggressive raw materials such as salts, oak sawdust and contaminated sewage sludge.

  • The conditioner, sterilizer and toning and equalizing selector are also made of acid-resistant steel. An acid-resistant shaft version is also available.

Anti-corrosion package

For highly corrosive raw materials (oak, sewage sludge, etc.) we recommend the Anti-Corrosion Package, which guarantees resistance to rust of the granulator elements exposed to the aggressive action of the raw material, especially at high granulation temperature.

Self-Cleaning Feedstock Thermometer (SCFT)

To ensure accurate reading of the raw material temperature, an optional temperature sensor is mounted at the conditioner outlet. Its cleaning is automatic (pneumatic system) and is programmed in AIAC.
